Play a leadership role in leading innovation and service delivery processes

Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, the Manager of Customer Research ensures BC Public Service Agency business planning, service level agreements, and services are supported through ongoing performance measurement, analysis, and reporting. The Manager will be responsible for establishing the Agency's Voice of the Customer program, along with its ongoing management; and will establish a corporate performance measurement and reporting system to support Agency business areas in continuous improvement of our service delivery model.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:

  • University degree in business administration or public administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in designing, conducting and analyzing surveys.
  • Experience with facilitating focus groups.
  • Experience in managing multi-faceted projects.


Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience in identifying and analyzing performance measures and metrics.
  • Experience in designing reporting cycles, as well as developing reporting dashboards.
