Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through account management, sales activities and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds strong customer relationships through all channels of communication
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and communicate options and benefits of company offerings and initiatives, including auto pay
- Reviewing expired accounts and communicate with customers to promote timely payments
- Provide consultations to customers regarding accounts to ensure accounts stay in compliance
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Skills:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
- Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
