Job DescriptionTERMS OF EMPLOYMENT INCLUDE
-Permanent, Full Time, 24 hour availability, weekend work, ability to work flexible hours, On floor operations management. Wages starting at $17.75 per hour for a 40 hour per week work schedule.
Job Requirements
-Language - English
-Education - Secondary (high) School graduation certificate or equivalent experience
-Ability to supervise - between 11 - 15 staff at a time throughout various areas of the restaurant
-Security & Safety - Bondable, basic security clearance, criminal record check
-Comfortable working on their feet in a fast paced environment for long periods of time
-Be guest centric and focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience while promoting the team to do the same
-Can comfortably work in a variety of physical needs (Sitting, standing for extended periods of time, walking, lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling)
-Has experience training and motivating staff for results
-Has attention to detail and not affraid to coach on sanitation and safety procedures
-Already living around Medicine Hat or wiling to relocate
-Supervise employees in a team focused environment
-Handle guest complaints professionally
-Take care of all cash handling, deposit and paperwork responsibilities
-Cook and assemble product
-Take, assemble and present guest orders in a timely manner
-General cleaning duties within the kitchen, service area and lobby of the restaurant
-Follow up on Daily Food Safety minimum standard requirements
Qualifications-Over 18 years of age
-Able to multitask in a quick paced environment
-Work as part of a team in a structured environments
-Dependable and reliable to show up for work on time as scheduled
-Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant setting
