Position Overview: This position is responsible for a variety of duties in a service-oriented environment.
Major Job Functions:
On-going implementation of the customer service commitment
Allocation of work
Customer repair work
Handling customer calls
Monitoring both the quantity and quality of work within the branch
Ensuring safety standards are maintained
New employee orientation
**Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current Collective Agreement**
Specific Skills & Knowledge:
Completion, or in the process of completing, Finning S-Level courses
Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Outstanding product knowledge
Willingness to contribute positively to a quality team environment
Education & Experience:
Large off highway truck experience required
Large shovel experience required
This position is a 14 day on/14/day off, continuous shift
Valid drivers license
Must submit a successful Driver Abstract contingent to being selected for position
Up to $1000 travel subsidy per rotation
