What will your typical day look like?

Responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee strategic, cross-COE projects and initiatives, ensuring proper status reports, and timeline completion
  • Create systems and processes to streamline program delivery through management of our offshore team, and enablement through learning technologies
  • Oversee COE budget for all programs including charge backs across COEs and annual reports
  • Design and oversee COE KPI's, including ownership of monthly and annual reports to leadership
  • Draft, oversee and guide all COE wide communications to ensure alignment, synergies, and consistent flow of relevant information to identified stakeholder groups
  • Oversee learning compliance initiatives in partnership with program delivery team
  • Serve as a strategic partner for COE leaders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years of program management experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; juggle competing demands, fast-paced, self-directed, agile, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Working with global, virtual, and offshore teams is a plus as is experience working directly with clients/final stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and Project)
