Job Summary

The supervisor is responsible for managing the staff, processes and comprehend complex operations. Top-notch communication skills are important to be able to clearly communicate expectations with all members of the team. The supervisor will ensure that products and services are delivered at maximum quality in a profitable manner. By giving clear and timely instructions, the supervisor oversees the work of other employees to ensure the successful completion of tasks. The successful supervisor possesses acute problem-solving skills and motivates staff results by communicating job expectations; meticulous planning, monitoring, and appraising. This role will be responsible for coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees as well as initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. The supervisor must maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, understanding the inevitable variables, and facilitating corrections.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or similar management role
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • Organizational, coaching and leadership abilities
  • Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field a plus
