What will your typical day look like?

As part of our Enterprise Security Architecture team you will help lead our clients improve their overall security posture through the design, development and implementation of network and computer security structures for their organization. Ensuring their security requirements are addressed in all aspects of their infrastructure in order to support their organizations processes and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, review and implement security designs for new or existing technology system(s) and environments as a whole.
• Security Architecture - Assisting in the development or tailoring of an enterprise security architecture framework that addresses our client's business needs.
• Analyze our client's current technology environment to identify deficiencies and recommend solutions, staying abreast of emerging security technologies and trends and apply them where appropriate.
• Proven track record of being able to identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the existing security toolsets and processes in a fast paced environment.
• Oversee and work with client stakeholders and our internal teams on the evaluation and selection of security related technologies and products.
• Ensure infrastructure solution design and deployments are in compliance with client Enterprise Architecture Standards across their respective environments. In some cases this may mean working with the client stakeholders to develop those standards.
• In some cases serve as the information security architect on behalf of the client to work closely with their internal business and IT partners to identify and implement key programs and solutions
• Establishing and maintain trust relationships with client and internal partner teams through active engagement, clear accountability and expectations, and frequent communication.
• Provide security thought leadership on core security questions facing the business - employee protection and IAM, data protection, device protection - based on leading security practices and experience.
• Ability to lead multiple technology groups to ensure that the application, integration, infrastructure, and security architectures are designed to meet evolving business requirements, standards for reliability, scalability and availability and align with previous organizations Technology Roadmap
• Are able to effectively communicate and work closely with our vendor partners to the review their security, to ensure all end points are covered and any gaps are understood.

Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services helps our clients to be Secure, Vigilant and Resilient in the face of an ever increasing array of cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Our Cyber Risk practice helps organizations with the management of information and technology risks by delivering end-to-end solutions, using proven methodologies and tools. Our services help organizations address timely and pervasive issues such as identity theft, data security breaches, data leakage, cybersecurity, and system outages across organizations of various sizes and industries, with the goal of enabling ongoing, secure, and reliable operations across the enterprise.

You bring:
• Minimum of 10+ years of industry related experience (financial services, government or banking)
• Minimum of 7+ years in an architect capacity
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading architecture activities like designing, roadmap, & proof-of-concepts.
• Prior experience in native application architecture and deployment in Microsoft Azure
• Have proven experience as a technical architect through all tiers (network, storage, backup, server, middleware and web/application) with the ability to understand security best practices and implications across all tiers.
• Demonstrated experience enabling business-to-security alignment.
• Proven ability to lead multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives.
• Prior hands-on experience in web-based technologies including Microsoft .Net, ASP.NET Web API and complementary business layer and front-end technologies like AngularJs, ReactJs, NodeJS, etc.,
• Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Oracle etc.,
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. While an advanced degree is preferred, the value is placed on the extent of the relevant experience and accomplishments.
• Ability to travel and / or work from a Deloitte office 20-50% of time.

Preferred
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ300 through and including Azure 305)
• Experience working with SAFe or Agile development processes.
• Exposure to Cloud Cognitive Services and AI platforms
• TOGAF or SEI - Software Architecture Certification etc.,
• Familiarity with PowerBI or similar enterprise-class reporting / analytics tools

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $173,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
