THE TEAM

The mission of the Architecture department is to unite the creative vision, technical execution, and coordinated project delivery under one strategic approach - ensuring every project is thoughtfully designed, documented, and seamlessly delivered.

Our team places equal emphasis on creative expression and technical rigor, with meticulous attention to every

detail of form and function. Each space is treated as a bespoke design, thoughtfully crafted to reflect brand,

context, and experience, such that no two projects are the same. This work is supported by a team of highly varied

and differentiated roles, where creative, technical, and delivery expertise come together to shape each project in

distinct ways.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Architecture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for shaping the creative vision, technical execution, and coordinated delivery of Aritzia's world-class physical spaces.

We are currently seeking high potential talent for future opportunities across all levels - from leadership roles to associate positions. Whether you are an emerging professional or a seasoned leader, you will play a meaningful role in the design, documentation, and delivery of world-class, brand-aligned physical spaces - where no two projects are the same.

Working across a diverse portfolio of new stores, renovations, specialty projects, and infrastructure initiatives, you will collaborate closely with internal partners and external consultants to translate creative intent into buildable, well-coordinated architectural solutions. Together, we ensure every space is thoughtfully designed, technical sound, and seamlessly delivered in support of Aritzia's continued growth.

We are currently hiring for the following roles in the following areas and more:

• Designers & Architects (all levels)
• Project Director, Architecture
• Project Manager, Architecture
• Senior Manager/Manager, Interior Design

THE ROLE

As a member on the Architecture team, you will contribute or lead work across one or more of the following focus areas, depending on your role, experience, and area of specialization:

• Translate the creative concept into tangible design intent through spatial planning, layout definition, and finishes, ensuring alignment with concept & design intent.
• Provide the strategic foundation and technical excellence that enable the consistent, compliant, and coordinated execution of all projects.
• Curate & manage a collection of elements, materials, and finishes that seamlessly work together to create a world class environment.
• Define & uphold technical standards that ensure quality, consistency, and scalability - supporting delivery through governance, enablement, and cross-functional alignment.
• Design and deliver specialized non-project specific elements through end-to-end development, ensuring each solution is world-class, technically sound, and seamlessly integrated.
• Manage the successful deliver of projects by coordinating information, timelines, and regulatory processes; and fostering collaboration across internal teams and external consultants, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

A member of the Architecture team has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in reading and interpreting architectural and/or engineering drawings.

• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
